Breakfast was lovely. Selection of beer & cider in the bar was good. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds.
Dislikes:
Room and en suite compact and bijou.
No secure cycle storage available when we were there.

Nice appearance and garden seating area was welcoming and well appointed.
Dislikes:
Noisy traffic during night, window shut so v hot in room. Vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials left in corridor outside room for duration. Wardrobe door broken and would not close, bathroom tap loose

high standards of cleaning. evening meal was good, staff in restaurant friendly and efficient. comfortable bar area.
Dislikes:
signage could have been clearer ie which door to use. room was very hot with no bedside lamp.

Central location that suited our requirements
Dislikes:
No staff member on duty when checking out at 8.30 a.m. on the day we left. Had to just leave the key and go without settling the account. Had to phone later in the day to arrange payment.

Unfortunately, it was not announced on your website that of Friday regularly at the hotel a very loud music arrangement takes place. Even with Oropax was not to be thought of sleep.... Read more

lighting in room was poor.
friday night disco was awful,no chance of any sleep until 12.30a.m.(to be fair,we were warned about disco,just didn't expect it to sound as if it was in our room!)
